A title plan is the official map that shows the extent of the land in a registered title. The property boundary is outlined in red on an Ordnance Survey base map. It shows general boundaries rather than exact legal boundary lines.

Not all land in England and Wales is registered. Registration became compulsory for property sales across England and Wales in 1990. If a property hasn't changed hands since then, it may not appear in the register. Try searching with different address formats, as the Land Registry may record the address differently.
