Official Documents

All documents are official copies sourced directly from HM Land Registry. They are identical to documents you would receive by applying directly to HMLR and are suitable for all legal, mortgage, and conveyancing purposes.

Pricing

Each document costs £25.00, which includes the standard £7.00 HM Land Registry fee and our administration fee for instant online delivery. There are no subscriptions or hidden charges.
